1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these terms and conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

8 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 23naga customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days. Any valid balance remaining in your account will be returned via your original payment method.

23naga reserves the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision within these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraud or suspicious activity requiring further investigation.
• Instructions from law enforcement agencies or relevant authorities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

For accounts closed due to confirmed fraud, all balances and wins in that account will be fully forfeited.

9 Liability Limit
